Prices
are subject to change without notice. we make every effort to
maintain our pricing, however in the
event of a typographical error or circumstances
beyond our control, all prices are subject to change without notice.
All California orders are subject to the applicable California sales tax.
If you have a resale certificate it must be submitted at the time of the order to
avoid being charged tax. All resale certificates will be verified. SHIPPING
AND HANDLING All
orders are shipped via UPS
ground unless otherwise requested. Sorry no delivery
to Post Office boxes, you must provide a physical address.
Shipping charges will be quoted per
order. Please call or email us for a quote. we want to keep shipping cost as low as possible for our
customers. Most orders will ship within 48 hours once payment has
been received. Incorrect
addresses given on an order are subject to a $5.00 charge to
make
the correction. This is what UPS charges us to make an address change;
we do not add anything to this. If the error is our fault, you
will not be charged this fee. Alaska
& Hawaii add $5.99 to regular shipping and handling.
Canadian orders add $15.99 to regular shipping and handling. Duties
and taxes are not included in our pricing or shipping cost. If you
have an International shipment please

CARD OR PAYPAL STOP PAYMENTS credit
card or PayPal orders that are charged back without notifying us
first are subject to a $50.00 to be
paid by the customer. If you are not satisfied
with your purchase we ask that you contact us first and we will make
every effort to correct what has happened. It is our goal that you have
a satisfying ordering experience and will make every effort to insure
this. DAMAGED
SHIPMENTS Please
make every effort to inspect your shipment upon arrival, before
accepting delivery. In the event a
shipment is damaged please refuse the shipment
and notify us within 24 hours. we understand that this is not always
possible so in the event of delivery and you find the shipment is damaged
you must still notify us within 24 hours. Damaged shipments must be
reported to us withing 24 hours of delivery. Every effort will be made
to
replace the damaged shipment in a timely manor. NO REFUNDS WILL
BE ISSUED. RETURN
POLICY Non
defective items returned within 30 days of purchase They must be new,
unused and include all hardware and/or
printed matter that was included in the
original shipment. A
15%
restock fee will be charged on all return shipments
and the customer must prepay the return freight. The return
freight nor the original freight will
be refunded to the customer. we recommend that all return shipments be returned insured for the full
retail
value of the item or items. All
return
shipments must be prepaid. No
freight collect shipments will be accepted. WARRANTY
CLAIMS All
claims
must be reported within 30 days of purchase.in the event and item
is deemed defective; we will gladly exchange the item at no charge to
you. The item must be returned within 30 days and deemed to be defective
by
us before and exchange will be given. No
refunds
will be given, exchange
only.
